Wrong item and no news reimbursement

Bought size 38 Hogan sneakers for my wife and received size 48 Superga's. Easy return and they received them at their warehouse a couple of days: now weeks later they keep replying that they process reimbursements in 3 working days … absolute joke

Awful customer service

Purchased a pair of sandals that looked beautiful on the website. The return policy clearly states that it may be returned within 60 days of purchase. I received the pair and the size was not correct. I was able to exchange it for a different size however upon receiving the sandals, the size and the fit was still not correct. I called and explained that the sandals did not work and would like to return them or exchange them for a different pair. I was told that I was unable to do so because they are final sale. On the website it only stated 20% off, NO WHERE IN SITE DID IT SAY FINAL SALE. As I called and explained to the customer representative the issue, he was not willing to assist nor find a solution. I told him that I would dispute this charge with my credit card and he said he would not recommend doing that because I would be banned from using this website again. Really? That's awful customer service and somewhat a threat. Who says I would shop from them ever again. I want to share this experience so customers are aware of doing business with this company.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Trying to return goods, which are stuck with UPS due to label error ( label was the one supplied pre printed by YOOX). 1 email from customer services telling me to speak to UPS, sent a further 3 follow up emails, radio silence from YOOX.
Please don’t waste your money buying from here

No more free shipping?

I am shopping from YOOX since 2014, and I usually was offered a free shipping (to Greece). But obviously now YOOX has changed its policy and charges standard shipping costs on EVERY purchase. Disappointing... Hope it's temporary

Fake designer items

I ordered man's Lanvin, Dsquere, Armani... they are all fake!. I worked numerous years at Neiman Marcus and I can smell fake in a second.
What a scam!

Item return/ share my experience

I would like to share my experience with YOOX. After ordering several things from the website iI had to return an item. After Brexit , things are complicated but if you follow the instructions from YOOX it is possible to ask for return and to get your money back. It took 11 days the item to arrive back in Italy. I attached the 3 invoices in transparent plastic pouch to the top of parcel as per YOOX instruction and put the return label - everything provided by them. Also left the parcel at the nearest UPS access point on the same day After I received the items and tried them on.It is vey tricky with the 14 days return policy as the parcel traveled back 11 days in my case and it is all due to customs, checks, border delays, etc. From that perspective it is a bit stressful and think YOOX have to extend that period as it is clearly not customer‘s fault for delaying the delivery back. Sometimes the parcel get stuck at the custom’s office and stays there several days.There has been no delay from my side preparing and sending it.Also have to follow YOOX instructions on their website/ app and request a return/ get return number before you send it.Then you ‘ll receive email with further instructions. Overall steps are clear and if you have the return label and 3 invoices copies in the box provided by them, it is relatively straightforward. My item was back in Italy on day 11/ received as per UPS tracking. On day 16 received confirmation email from them that the return is accepted, money refunded on day 20. So far I can’t complain and will be ordering again. I am unable to rate their customer service as haven’t been in contact with them. If things change in the future while using their services, I am going to update my review here.

Huge disappointment

I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them, but I'm afraid I won't be shopping there anymore because of my last experience. I bought two same items, because the price dropped down, and returned first one. But YOOX refunded me for wrong order, second(with lower price). They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile! I wrote to Customer service, their responses were some generic copy-paste answers, and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me, with the correct amount, but days have passed and nothing happened. I wrote them again, but they have ignored several of my e-mails. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Hard to imagine they don't mind losing their loyal customers. After I left review on Trustpilot, customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item. I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem? They didn't respond, but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference). I decided to return both of those same items I bought, but I can't because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves, so when I try to open it, it says I can't return any more item(and I haven't returned any). I wrote to Customer care again, and they asked me for photos of item and code. Although I didn't see point of that, I sent them. After that no response again for days, and ignoring my e-mails. I can't believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.

Yoox Asia a bitter disappointment

Yoox has been the online response to my shopaholic urge for years - beautiful items & reasonable prices. Thousand of euros spent but I do not complain coz it made me, at least, stop wasting time in malls. Have nothing but praise for Yoox Europe. Once I moved to Asia- ouch, another story! The 2 stars are for Yoox Asia, not Yoox Europe. To start with: haven't been refunded yet for a dress returned 4 weeks ago. Not a single acknowledgement email, although I can see online the proof of the return at their warehouse.
Second, they arbitrary charge you 26 usd on any shipping, under the pretext of "fast delivery", which is anything but fast.
Third - the local taxes are high where I live, 30 % plus. Yoox never refunds you for that loss on returned items. In addition, they hold 15usd on each return.
I mean, what else has to happen before one gives up on Yoox?
Who knows, I may be grateful to them later for the change in lifestyle and for biding farewell to consumerism ;)

Bad Customer Service and return policy!

I never wrote reviews but it was a terrible experience with YOOX. The return policy does not work.
Do not recommend it!

Ridiculous exchange policy!

Don't be fooled by the 'return policy'. Buying a gift for someone from YOOX means they cant change it! Exchanges are offered only for size - so realistically, if they hate the item, they still have to keep it, or tell you they hated it, and have the money returned on your card... Too embarassing for words...

They are legit. I've placed about 5 orders with them. I buy Diesel brand jeans and they are legit and incredible prices. Never had an issue with shipping. I believe it comes overseas so if shipping time is a concern, pay expedited shipping and it come very fast.
